Bridgfords was really helpful when moving in and out of my flat, they responded quick to emails and problems during the tenancy, when things broke they would be fixed within a few days. Big shout out to Kate who recently gave me a lot of advice for renting my new flat but has also been really helpful and informative about people viewing my old flat, she has been fully flexible to work around my schedule and is very friendly too.

When I started searching for an apartment in York, Bridgfords was my best experience by far. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and Leeha was excellent throughout the rental process. 10/10 - if anyone moves to York, I recommend Leeha at Bridgfords.

I rented a small apartment studio back in August 2022. The viewing was organised by Jack Drewitt. Right before we stepped in, Jack apologised for the filthy state of the place left by the previous tenant. I agreed to ignore that and decided to take the apartment thinking it would, obviously, be cleaned up. I was of wrong. Once moved in, I found human hair on the bathroom mirror, grease, spiderwebs. Instead of unpacking, I had to scrub the place down before it became liveable. I took photographs and passed it over to Jack as evidence. It was hard to deny my point, however the agent had no manners to apologise for anything. My emails were getting ignored not only by him, but also another agent called Lauren Sankey. I decided not to sign certain documents before receiving appropriate response - even if it was just an apology. Eventually, Jack emailed me saying ‘what would like me to do? Call the cleaners again?’. That was two weeks after my move in. And again, no apologies, no solution to the issue, and no manners or professionalism. What’s even more outrageous, the landlord and the agency tried to charge me almost £300 for cleaning the place after my move out. Even though I left it much cleaner than what I found on the first day of tenancy. There’s no single penny this agency will ever get from me.

I recently rented my property through Bridgfords and they have been exceptional from the start. I was dubious to start as Aleysha told me my property was worth £300 more than the other agents I had round quoted but she was confident, so I chose her. It was on Rightmove the same day she took photos! I then got a call from Sophia the next day to say they were fully booked with viewings! Kirsty then talked me through the applications and together we chose my tenants. Evan and Leeha have now moved my tenants in. I cannot believe how easy and seamless they’ve done it when other agents made it so complicated and hard work. I’d highly recommend to use Bridgfords to let your property you won’t be disappointed.

Been using this lettings agent for a few years including my current property, they are an excellent letting agency, especially there letting negotiator (Leeha) who has been on hand through out the whole process of my current property, getting everything sorted in time and dealing with any issues

Niall is brilliant; very clear, patient and polite when we first sat down and from there on always proactive, diligent and looked to get the best for me both in the mortgage and the general house-buying process. I would highly recommend Niall to first-time buyers and in general too.

The bridgfords team were extremely helpful in getting me settled into my new flat, professional and friendly and made moving in a breeze. Evan, a lettings agent who I went through most of the process with (along with some other members of the team who were very helpful), made the process far easier than I thought it was going to be. All my queries were answered quickly by Evan and covered all basis on what I needed to know.
