We recently sold and bought our new place with Emma. Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours.
If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties.

Dealt with Emma Gough, had a good experience from start to finish. Her personable approach instantly put you at ease with what is an incredibly stressful time. She even got stuck in when our chain had slowed down to keep up momentum. Dealing with me and my language is difficult in the best of times but she took it in her stride and got the job done. Couldn't recommend enough.
