Considering it was a chain of 5 with all of it's complications, Dale went above and beyond liasing with all parties to ensure completion was achieved on time. I was extremely pleased with the service given by Dale and the ladies at Slades.

5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)After receiving such fantastic service from Sophie for our South Shields flat I’ve now moved over a North Shields flat from a competitor to her. The difference in service between the two was vast. Sophie was thorough, efficient and effective and is a swift worker, making a big difference to landlords. We will continue to move the rest of our portfolio over to her too.
25th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Kay was really helpful and provided us with plenty of information when our home was valued and images taken. They were really quick to put our house up once the pictures were taken. They are available every day of the week to speak too. They communicate well throughout.
29th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)I would rate it 0 stars if I could. They looked after a property , said they got the repairs carried out and it turns out they didn't even earth the plugs . That was one of many repairs paid for and upon further inspection they just literally papered over cracks . After paying for their 'repairs' , I've now had to fork out over 10 grand repairing what they said they had done. Including whole new rewire and plastering a d redecorating (after their sparky had signed the paperwork saying everything was fine ) . Avoid at all costs

The agents make you feel at ease and are very friendly and helpful. They talk you through each detail and nothing is a bother. I was selling my mothers home after her passing and it couldnt of gone any better. Thank you to all staff you are all amazing. Would highley reccomend.

12th May 2024 (6 days ago)Everyone at Walkers where so helpful and friendly! The first viewing of the property we would purchase we got caught in traffic so where late to the viewing Julie and John moved around other viewings so we could still look around. They then kept us up to date with progress on the sale going through. Between mortgage advisors, surveyors, solicitors everyone at Walkers where the best company we worked with during the purchase of the property. If we move property I would happily go though Walkers.

It seems that their only interest is finding ways to avoid refunding my deposit. Secondly, I moved house during the pandemic and was advised to isolate. I contacted Armstrong to discuss possibly sending the keys through the post or having them pick them up from the property. This request was made because they had previously stated they would inspect the property on the last day of my tenancy. However, they insisted that the keys must be dropped off in person at their office by the last day of my tenancy.
