3rd Jun 2024 (14 days ago)The property that Fox&Sons sold for me was an unusual and difficult one. Matt was the negotiator , who worked tirelessly over the months to get the appropriate price for me. He contacted every week to update me on the state of the market and eventually he acquired a buyer. Even after this, there were still difficulties but he succeeded. He should be congratulated for his resilience and persistence. Many thanks, Matt.

A special thankyou to Steven for believing in our property and almost selling it back to us!! His kind words, gentle nature and extremely professional persona is everything you could ask for when approaching an estate agents at a very scary time! An even bigger thankyou to Emily, she managed our sale and purchase and what a ride we had! Nothing was too much for her and she went above and beyond expectations for my family to help us, endless phone calls, endless chasing, endless checking in on us to ensure we knew every detail, she kept us in the loop with everything. She is an absolute credit to reeds rains and I could not recommend her enough. She works very hard and ensures she can do her absolute best to make her clients happy. From the point of requesting a viewing on a property, to the confirmation of being offered the property took only 4 days!. The level of service is nothing short of outstanding. The online portal made this the easiest home move I have undertaken, The change of address for water, setting up new gas and electric suppliers and transferring my council tax were instantaneous. I could not recommend them enough for anyone looking for a speedy, friendly and professional service.

We had so many problems, but Steve and Izzy were so helpful and friendly.They went out of their to help and solve problems, which should have been sorted by the solicitors. But they were taking so long that Steve got on the case. Never moving again ????.But we would definitely recommend the Bridport team .

Throughout the process they gave us information and explained options to us so that we could make decisions. I mostly spoke to Gemma and I really appreciated her understanding, honesty and the time she spent going through things with me. Another big positive was that both Gemma and Chris kept up to date with our situation and our buyers unlike the first agent we put our house on the market with. They also arranged more viewings. I recommend Taylors without hesitation.

If you are planning on selling your house and want a professional sevice from start to finish, I strongly suggest you use Humberts of Honiton. Better still, even if you have no immediate plans to sell, get in touch with Alex Coates and get to know him now, because when you do decide to sell, the whole process is far less stressful. That's what we did and and as the relationship was already established, any challenges that arose were dealt with in a much easier way thanks to Alex.
