He is very customer focused, and whilst viewing properties with him we never felt rushed and he always provided answers to any questions we had within 24 hours. A pleasure to deal with!

Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.

17th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

16th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)This is the second property that Jacobs & Hunt have sold for us. We had an elderly relatively who moved from an assisted living apartment block into care. The past year has not been great for selling property, and that is particularly the case for assisted living apartments. Jacob & Hunt pulled out all the stops to find a buyer. And when a buyer was found Jacob & Hunt went above and beyond helping the buyer resolve issues with their own sale, that was being handled by another agent. Overall, very happy with the service provided and would not hesitate to use again. Jacob & Hunt also manage a property that we rent out in Petersfield - again very pleased with the service.

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

6th Apr 2024 (10 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!

2nd Jun 2024 (15 days ago)Bernard’s have kept us informed throughout and successfully had a number of viewings. Unfortunately 1st offer could not proceed due to them having insufficient funds, but luckily further offer received 2 weeks later, which we hope will proceed to a successful completion.
30th May 2024 (18 days ago)Let me down twice just to view a property. First of all the customer service was rude from Chelsea. Kept talking about financial appointments?! Second of all, booked viewing twice on a property and was let down by Edward. Then a guy called Jake called didn’t apologise and tried to say view another property… No urgency, Poor agent. Very poor service overall. Don’t recommend to buy or sell with this agent. Go somewhere else.

We were so impressed with the service, the fact they got us three offers on our house within 5 days (which is no mean feat in this current market!) and ultimately achieving us asking price which we were delighted with. They were so helpful the whole way through the process, giving expert advice, and happy to chase up things if we needed them too. Quite simply it felt like they couldn’t do enough.
