24th May 2024 (23 days ago)I was in the market for a rental and approached several estate agents. Lisa very quickly made a couple of videos for me because I was away with work at the time. Mandy then moved to organise the paperwork and legal bits. Both ladies are prompt and extremely helpful when I raised questions and sent emails. They were head and shoulders above others I was trying to contact at the time and would be very happy to use them again for their services. Most helpful indeed. JT

30th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Jeffries were quick and efficient to put my house on the market. It sold to the first buyer and throughout the sale to completion ,Miles was on the case. I finally moved two weeks ago and am very happy with my downsize.
4th Mar 2024 (15 weeks ago)After having a sale pull out we changed estate agent to Morris dibben , Danielle was amazing and had the house sold in no time. Once buyer was found through morris dibben we had no issues and everything went smoothly. Will be contacting Danielle again in the future when I move again.
12th Jun 2024 (4 days ago)My review is directed more at the management of CW rather than specific staff members. The ethic of this company is literally to make as much money as possible at the expense of 'buyers/seller/tenants and landlords". My experience both buying and renting has been very very negative. Extremely poor customer care…always a different person dealing with you so literally no understanding or relationship is built up. A real impression that money is of vital importance to the company over customer care. So much so that they will likely see this review and not be all that bothered as they are doing good business so one bad review doesn’t matter. I’ve lived around the world and bought, sold and rented….CW are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Every dealing with the company left me feeling that they just weren't that pleasant. CW basically spread themselves too thin…and have very ruthless management causing those lower down to deliver terrible service.

From the beginning of the process when we met Darren we felt assured that we would receive a professional service, which we did. The whole team visited our house before our property went on sale to ensure that they would be able to show potential buyers around, confident in the knowledge that they were familiar with our property. Our property sold quickly (on the first day of viewings)and the after care service was excellent, right up until the time of completion. We would not hesitate to recommend them and cannot thank them enough for the excellent care they have given us. Thank you to the whole team. Hilary and Colin Spencer

6th Apr 2024 (10 weeks ago)Do not rent any property associated with Nexa especially if you are young!! We have had endless issues since renting through Nexa properties which they are still yet to acknowledge/resolve. These issues include damp within the property (black mould and mushrooms growing), leaking boiler, no hot water for days at a time, lack of security (windows that do not close), we were also without a shower for 3 months. If you are a young person they do not attempt to fix or resolve any issues you have until you threaten the council or not paying rent!
15th Feb 2024 (17 weeks ago)DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! They took a deposit from my company, then changed the rules, forcing us to withdraw, and refused to give us our money back! They treat customers like enemies. They wouldn't even speak to us! STEER CLEAR! AWFUL STAFF, AWFUL OWNER, AWFUL COMPANY. The reply below is untrue. They knew it was a company let. I wasn't rude to staff. I just asked for a refund, so they said "don't speak to us again". Their idea of a compromise is all one sided. They hide behind their Ts & Cs and have zero empathy with customers. STEER CLEAR, they are trouble! It is them who are unpleasant! Just look at all the bad reviews!

When you are selling a property you need to know what's happening all the time and Niki does that brilliantly. You also need level headed advice as and when the odd problem or two crop up - again Niki and the team do that.
