They were very professional, efficient and slick which helped the transaction complete on time. I've been involved in property for over 20 years and would highly recommend the team at Your Move as they are extremely diligent.
7th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

12th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Murray & Currie are atrocious - we had rented with them for 4 years, having lived in two flats. In both, they had ignored us when we made them aware of plumbing issues (at one point disregarding months of constant follow-ups), which culminated in damage to our downstairs neighbours flats. Once again, in both instances, the neighbours had to contact our landlord themselves as the letting agents could not be bothered to do their job. Altogether, the caused thousands of pounds worth of damages and stress for everyone involved, including both us as the tenants and the landlords. This is the tip of the iceberg - I had paid rent in advance of my own volition at one flat, and they illegally kept it for months after I asked for it back (as I was moving). They also tried to charge us the full cost of a professional clean at move-out, despite the fact that we had paid for a professional cleaning using their own cleaning company upon the end of the tenancy. Honestly, there are no words. Truly I have never seen this level of incompetence. One flat managed by Murray and Currie and the entire neighbourhood ends up with a multi-year-long headache. You'd have better luck getting your property managed by a chimp.
2nd Jun 2024 (15 days ago)My partner and I feel very lucky to have found Scott and his legal support team at Connor Malcolm. This was our first time going through the process of purchasing a property and they could not have been more helpful. Scott effectively held our hand throughout the whole process, took time to explain the jargon and was very fast to respond to any queries. An additional note: *the quote was the quote* ... no additional fees or hidden costs. I have no doubt that I will be asking for Scott the next time we go through this process.

Unlike other agents, he is available out of hours and personally conducts the viewings. He achieved a higher than expected sale price and very sold quickly. Colin goes the extra mile, while looking after your interests.I would definitely recommend Amazing Results and would use them again in the future.

3rd Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.
4th Mar 2024 (15 weeks ago)Amazing!! second time I have used Stuart and Clyde to sell a property and again was seamless, efficient, always kept you in the loop and had my property on the market, listed and sold within 3 weeks start to finish. Hazel and Iona were so great and were all over it, really make you feel like you are the only client they have. Would absolutely recommend!

Cameron was hugely professional, communicative, supportive and kept us informed throughout the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending Savills, based on our experience with Cameron alone.

12th Apr 2024 (9 weeks ago)From the initial contact with Jayne who took care of sales and marketing through to the completion of conveyancing with Cameron, the service was excellent. The fixed fee estate agency resulted in significant cost savings compared to quotes obtained from other solicitors (no other firm I spoke to came close). Jayne and Cameron were friendly, professional and very easy to get hold of when we needed to speak to them. I have already recommended Cameron Stephen & Co to a neighbour and will use their services again.

He kept me informed at all times was very pleasant. I couldn't thank Watermans enough for a great service.

He was friendly, easy to get hold of, knowledgeable about the local market and a great source of advice when navigating it all for the first time. As well as that he and the team moved quickly to get our property on the market and sold. Would recommend Avenue Road to anyone.
