Very disappointed, I really wish it wasn't like that. I am interested in buying an apartment in Liverpool city centre, but communication is very complicated, it seems that they are not interested in selling the properties or maybe I am not an interesting target and they prefer to take care of communication in more expensive sales.
Let me explain, I am interested in an apartment in Liverpool city centre. I tried to contact the office at the beginning of April, sent several emails and got no answers, so I called. After several attempts, in a couple of weeks I managed to get an appointment for a viewing, this was possible because I finally went to the office in person. After the view, I sent an email with questions that I was interested in knowing about the apartment, no response. I called the office and asked for a second viewing and for them to respond to my email if possible, they told me they would contact me, no response at all. A few days later I called again, we agreed on a day for a second viewing, but they told me they would send me an email to confirm this, no email, no response. I called again the following week and the same thing happened. I called again the following week and the same thing again, they told me a day for a second viewing that should be confirmed, no email, no communication. I gave up on emails because it's impossible for them to respond to an email. So I called them this week on two different days, this time they didn't even answer my calls. So I've been trying to get someone to confirm a second viewing or give me some information for the last two months and I feel like I'm just wasting my time.
It's frustrating, even though there are a few really interesting apartments on the website, but if I don't have answers even for the first one, why am I going to ask about any other property?
I have the feeling that instead of making it easier for me to buy an apartment, Sutton Kersh is putting obstacles in my way and it's sad because we're both supposed to be looking for the same goal. I wish I could give a better review, that would mean that we are all happy with the process, but unfortunately my experience is really bad.... Read more
