11th Mar 2024 (14 weeks ago)Cheats, liars, unprofessional! Rented a Flat from them and when I moved in, I discovered heating wasn't working, door opening intercom system wasn't working, poor water pressure, dripping sink faucet, tripping oven. No resolution has been provided, been living without heating for over a week in this cold weather. All I get is a typical "Sorry for the inconvenience" reply from them. Please stay away from renting or trusting them.
28th Apr 2024 (7 weeks ago)I dealt with Jaqui Jagger at Domus Nova, and I can confirm I have never dealt with a better agent. She was incredibly efficient, responsive, understood my needs and got me the perfect place in a short period of time. Agents like her are hard to come by, but what is usually a very stressful process was actually a very enjoyable one! So if you are looking for something in the area, definitely work with Jaqui.

He went above and beyond to resolve many of the issues, I also found him to be genuine, honest and was always there to respond to my many questions. Highly recommended.

31st May 2024 (16 days ago)Alex Crown sold my flat for me and I couldn’t be happier.Nothing was too much trouble for Juelz, Yovin and Rahman who always gave a prompt, polite and personal service. The sale hit a few bumps but they were relentless in their efforts to dot the ‘i’s and cross the’t’s. Rahman seems to work all hours and always kept his promise to ring me to keep me appraised of developments, no matter how late. He was unfailingly enthusiastic, resilient and resourceful and I would not hesitate to recommend using Alex Crown to anyone wishing to sell in the Holloway Road area.
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Paul gives clients a very good, effective and efficient service, taking it upon himself to follow-up with the client and/or the service providers, if there is any issues, until the issue is resolved. Paul ensures that all information that a client needs is provided to them at every step of the way. I am extremely happy with the service given to me by Paul. He is an ambassador for Charles David Casson, and will be recommending to all requiring sale and rental service.

Following challenging market conditions Becks was able to help drive interest in the flat and managed to secure an interested party. He was able to navigate a complex situation seamlessly, managing multiple hurdles set out by the buyers along the way, in the end closing the deal at a great price for me as a seller. A huge thank you to Becks and the support from Sarah for their meticulous professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to getting the deal done. Their strategic direction and knowledge of the market ensured the property was showcased in its best light. Throughout the entire process, Becks kept me well informed, promptly addressing issues as they arose. His communication was second to none, and he always made me feel like a priority. 11th May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Neron Vivian from Hunters Preston Road branch Booked us for viewing at 1pm on Saturday 11/5/24 for Ravenscroft Wembley London. Sent us the email confirmation a day before. We have been in contact via ph twice prior and confirms viewing verbally. We live in northampton and Reached there at 12:58pm for viewing but agent failed to attend. Didn’t bother contacting us via phone or email. We tried calling them. No one pickup at agency and their voicemail was full to receive any voice msg. We went to their Preston Road branch at 1:50pm on the same day to chase up but no one was in. Google timing for Saturday are 9:30am-4:30pm What a waste of time. Ruined our day. We could have enjoyed the weather by doing something fun with kids Poor service. cudnt leave a 0 star.

24th May 2024 (23 days ago)We had the pleasure of buying a flat from Sharon. She was extremely helpful and always quick to get back to us with any queries we had. We were first time buyers and had 3 failed purchases before, so partially bought our flat as we sensed Sharon was the sort of no nonsense person that we could trust and who would get it over the line. She recommended a very good mortgage broker and solicitor too, which made the process very smooth and fuss-free. I can't recommend Sharon enough and above all she's a lovely person you'd happily go for a drink with when the job is done.
